AgeHa features four dance floors, a pool, four bars and three VIP rooms. The secret VIP room, the 'Romper Room', is equipped with an outdoor jacuzzi. The sound system on the main dance floor is designed by Jim Toth of Timbre Tech and the lighting is designed by Guy Smith. Both are very impressive.

There are free shuttle busses running from Shibuya and Roppongi all night and the venue is a five minute walk from the last stop, Shin Kiba, of the Yuraku-cho subway line.

A huge sprawling waterside club space, Tokyo's Ageha is a jaw-plunging combination of state-of-the-art technological fittings and bonkers design touches. With its own artificial beach, occasional drag queens dancing on the bar, a VIP area complete with loveheart shaped bed and open air Jacuzzi, Ageha isn't short on surrealist extras but its thumping main room is still an audiophiles dream. Musically it's as mixed up as its many design influences with a diverse roster of DJs (John Digweed, Frankie Knuckles and Ferry Corsten have all played this year) passing through.
